Returns
Due to the nature of health, wellness, and supplement products, EUNO can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Opened, used, or tampered-with products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically between 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Exchanges
EUNO only replaces products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect upon arrival. If you received an item in one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved exchanges will be replaced at no additional cost.
